Dr. Gwen Gibson Kinard

Master Trainer, Feuerstein’s Instrumental Enrichment, Special Education & Education Policy

Kinard, Ph.D., is a certified cognitive educator.  As an apprentice of the renowned Professor Reuven Feuerstein, she is a trainer in Instrumental Enrichment with Mediated Learning Experience.  She applies her studies in Public Policy Analysis, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Mathematics, and Chemistry to teach students in grades from pre-kindergarten to post-secondary levels.  Kinard is also a licensed trainer from the National Institute for Learning Development in Educational Therapy.
